      • A few words about Pangraf (Tacrolimus) may help. You should keep your dosing of it to twelve hours apart (8 & 8, 10 & 10 ...whatever.) The reason for this is to keep blood levels steady for the best effect. The twelve-hour rule also applies to blood draws, that is, to try to have your blood tests at 12 hours from the last dose, which will yield the most accurate reading of blood levels. Good Luck!
