drop in monocyte and lymphocyte count

Hello 

i don't really understand much about the acceptable white blood cell counts as regards my renal transplant.

Recently i have noticed some drops in parts of my white blood cell count?

               FEB 13      MAY 13     JUNE 13     SEPT 13

Monocytes      0.26         0.27       O.24        0.13

Lymphocytes    1.99         1.83       1.42       1.29

i have no idea if this is normal...any ideas??
