I was recommended to read the new book "The Empath's Survival Guide" by Judith Orloff. If you feel that you sometimes reach burnout or that you take

on other people's energy, you might be an Empath.

Judith Orloff MD. shares her own experience about being an Empath. She is also a psychiatrist which

makes her book even more amazing in what she shares.  So many times while reading her book, I said to myself, "this is me" I no longer feel alone there are other people

like me out there :)  I do believe it is highly possible that after going through an organ transplant many of us can become Empaths.

This book inspired me to create my own visualizations and if I continue to practice my visualization, my life will only get better.

Simply, try and see beautiful images protecting you in some way.  When you feel stressed, visualize anything that pleases you. Stay with the image and create sequels to this image.
