is any one taking CSIRCDIN tablets for insomia and is it safe for transplanted kidney?
Do any one has a remedy for sleeples nights?

Csircdin is a Melatonin formulation, mostly seen "over the pond" in the UK, and only available by prescription. It has helped some get back into a better sleep cycle and is intended for short-term use. I have used Melatonin, though not this formulation, without issue or objection from my nephrologist. Alcohol should not be used while on this med, as well as other precautions.
