Something to measure sun exposure

It is a discussion commonly seen on most transplant sites. The discussion of how much sun can you have and what are the dangers. And we all worry if we're getting too much exposure. Well here is an article about a wristband developed by a doctor. It's more about making sure if you are getting enough vitamin D, but could be easily translated for transplant-patient usage. The bands are custimizable for individuals, so that would be helpful for us. Kind of like a fitbit.
