• I have taken a few different kinds of BP meds of the past 20 years but currently I'm on Losartan and Metoprolol.  They seem to be working well.

  • I have taken Atenolol for last 10 years for high BP and irregular heartbeat without side effects.

    Take care.

  • Regardless of which blood pressure medication you take, at the very least, you should review all your medications with the Tx team every year. It all starts with a simple question. I also believe that Oren has accomplished quite a feat and should be congratulated. Well done!

  • I take absolutely No Blood pressure medication. I Take Organic Flaxseed oil and  Coq10 , blood pressure is low - normal. My labs have improved and I'm also a Vegan.

  • I was on a Heart Tx for Bi Ventricular HF immediately after my Liver Tx.

Took Entresto/Carvedilol/Diuretic.  Currently just take Carvedilol.

  • I take Diuretics, chlorthalidone (Hygroton) a thiazide diuretics to be precise. They help my kidneys get rid of excess water and sodium, or salt which reduces the volume of blood that needs to pass through my blood vessels, which lowers my blood pressure.

  • I also have an irregular heartbeat. I am on a beta blocker which is for my blood pressure but also beneficial for heart arrhythmia, (irregular beat.) I take Carvedilol

  • I take beta blocker - and was on Entresto (heart failure) but got off of it.

Oddly enough no side effects that are common.

    Good luck.

  • I take 2 different ones.  I take Labetalol 50mgs.  It's actually 100 mgs, but my doctor noticed that my blood pressure was to low, so I told him if I could cut the tablet in half and he said yes.  That made a good difference.  The scond one I take is Losartan, 50 mgs.  Both tablets are taken at night.

    • I have atrial fibrillation. I am now on perfect but some sexual issues
