Share how your transplant experience changed your life?
I was in a coma on the ventilator with only one part of one lung the size of a quarter that was working and was full of pneumonia. I was filling up with CO2 and my organs were shutting down. I would not have woke up if not for my gift of life.

2012 has been the best year ever for me! I graduated with my master's degree to become an organ procurement specialist in which I help take care of organ donors and make sure their organs get to recipients, I celebrated my 5th re-birthday (transplant anniversary), got married to the love of my life, and turned 30! I can't wait to see what is next!!
