I am in the early stages of my post-transplant life, so the changes are coming gradually. I am quite happy to be dialysis-free, although CAPD is not the worst thing one could do.

How r u doing ? I've 3 months of my post transplant. Day before yesterday i did my prograf( tacrolimus) level. I m bit worried bcas it's 4. others report r normal. My doctor suggest me to do the test again without increasing dose of prograf. I've a question to u. Is it alerming to keep the prograf level 4 for a long time. U know here in our country doctors r not so experienced like your doctors. After that i'll take my doc suggestion but want to know your experience too. Take care------
