Happy Birthday Luce !
Any luck with the growing of testicles on the guy you wanted to call? Ha! So what's the deal with you and Cheddar Cheese? Someone on here says you're looking for Vermont cheese?? Lol. They asked if I'd mail you some? Lol
Are you really that into cheese??
it was nice talking to you in the chat room yesterday
Looks like you were doing well for yourself. It is important that you take your time in coming back to lifting, though. I was out of it except for doing my legs for three months due to my neck, so I am very conscience about what I do now. Good luck to you! It will be nice to have someone to talk about lifting with. :)
Luce, for someone who is not used to lifting or who has just had a transplant or a bout with rejection, it might be too much of a load. I have been lifting for quite some time, and yes, I had issues before with bulging disks. That is why it is important for me to take a week off now and then. Normally, I have 4 workouts per week. It is two this week. I will also do some extra cardio and some other activities which will make up for it, but allow me to rest somewhat. My lifting workouts last between an hour and an hour and fifteen minutes.
Hello Luce, welcome to tx friends. Glad you found us. Congrats on your post Kidney tx of 1 1/2 yrs. Awesome. Take care. Enjoy your new life, I am
