  • Hello Scott, I finally had my first year annual procedures. No rejection but said there were some thickening of the ateries walls, so they took me off of Tacrolimus and put me on Sirolimus 2.5mg once per day. I am also on 500mg Mycrophenolate twice per day. Since then I have been going for labs twice per week to regulate the Sirolimus. However, I am planning to leave for Forida later this week. It's almost 1.5 years since I have been home. My youngest son and his wife are expecting their 3rd son later this month. They have twin sons that turned 5 last month. My oldest son has one son, who will be 5 in Sept. I cherish every opportunity I am able to spend with them, and is truly blessed. God is good! It's encouraging to hear that you are able to spend much time with your grands, and able to enjoy life with your family. May God continue to richly bless yourself and family.                      Regards,                                                                                Rawle.

  • I fully understand....I feel uneasy whenever the Patriot have to play in Orchard Park!

  • Welcome Scott to Transplant Friends. I think you have found a great group where you can find support. I am now 13 months post heart transplant and have benefitted greatly from this group of fine caring people.
